Hi, I’m Rachel. Divorce mediator, parenting consultant, divorce coach, divorced mom of over a decade, and your new bestie on the journey through one of life’s toughest seasons.
I know divorce from both sides: professionally, I’ve spent years helping families navigate conflict and co-parenting, and personally, I’ve walked the path myself as a divorced mom. That means I bring not just expertise, but lived experience. I know the late-night sob sessions with a girlfriend, the overwhelming “what now?” moments, and the courage it takes to start over.
Through my programs 10 Days to Clarity and Whole Again I support women at every stage of the journey. Whether you’re deciding if your marriage should continue, navigating the process itself, or putting the pieces back together afterward, you’re in the right place. My coaching style is calm, steady, and encouraging, always helping you find clarity and confidence one grounded step at a time.
But here’s the other side of me: I’m fun, a little quirky, and I firmly believe laughter can heal just as much as tears. That’s why I co-host Divorce Queens, a podcast where my friend Taylor (a family law attorney, divorce coach, and fellow divorced mom) and I mix real talk, legal know-how, and a little irreverence. Think smart besties with microphones.
And when I’m not mediating divorces, coaching, or podcasting? You can usually find me sitting on the side of the court screaming like the crazy basketball mom I am, drinking my health-nut coffee (don’t judge - I love it!), creating more stuff out of yarn than I could ever want or need, or binging on the latest season of Queer Eye. We laugh and cry through every episode, amiright?
I didn’t want to travel my divorce journey on my own, and I know you don’t either. That’s why I have created this community. We would love to welcome you with open arms. Come on in! You’re about to discover your best life filled with strength, joy, and fun.
